Solo Salon Supplies Delivery Information

We aim to provide fast and efficient delivery service for our customers. Here are the details of our delivery options:

Ireland (DPD Overnight - Tracked)

€5.70 ex. VAT per order.
Free delivery for orders over €75 ex. VAT.
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched for next day delivery.

Northern Ireland (DPD Overnight - Tracked)

€5.70 ex. VAT per order.
Free delivery for orders over €75 ex. VAT.

United Kingdom (DPD 2-day - Tracked)

Delivery Times

Our aim is to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 3pm, and over 99% of orders are dispatched within this time frame.

Special Order Delivery Times

Takara Belmont Equipment: 7 days to 16 weeks depending on specification. Please email us to check.
REM Equipment: 4-6 weeks.
Salon Fit Furniture: 7-9 days.
Barburys Equipment: 10-14 days.
Matakki Scissors: 3-5 days.
Tuff-Lite: 2-3 days.
Salon Master: 5-7 days.

Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days, so your order will not be delivered during these times.

Exclusions

We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel motels. These orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Damaged, Incorrectly Delivered, or Missing Goods

We strive to ensure all orders arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, if you receive incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly investigate and reach out with further instructions. Please note that photos of damaged items will be required.
